The third time I ordered three pairs of earrings, a finger holder, a mouse pad and a headband. The words were stitched on the tee and everything came in time with the promised free mask.
The second time I ordered the wings tour cap and a white tee. This was in 2017, and now the shoes are a little torn on the inside, but nothing too serious. Jenny answered my questions because the delivery was taking more time than expected. I first ordered on this site a pair of shoes, which arrived a month and a half later. I'll just share my experience, hoping it can help others have a clearer view. Also their earrings are so cute and lightweight! Lastly I feel like they really listen to their customers, I have been subscribed to their regular emails since buying my first purchase and they have asked me on occasion about what I think could be added to the store, I then told them about some products I wished they had and then they were up on the website in a couple of months! My favourite item from the shop is the BT21 short pyjamas as they are a lot cheaper than any other company I have seen and great quality.

When I have returned an item before they were very nice and I got a full refund of the product, so there is no harm in trying a product. You gets lots of free items too, depending on how much you spend, although they tend to be more cheap in quality it’s a nice touch. The quality does depend from item to item but if you read the review you should get a good gage of the quality. This is a great shop for cute items, I mainly buy BTS merchandise from them.
